As the saying goes, “Rome wasn’t built in one day” and so, as a starting point, we have launched the eDeliver app in Centurion, Gauteng. So why is it more affordable to use us? Well, we will never inflate the prices on store partner products to make more money. Our promise to you is that you will always pay in-store prices on our app. Yes, you’ll pay a small service fee but that should be the cost of convenience right? Not inflated prices! So you see, we’re transparent about what you pay on our app.

Once we’ve partnered with enough stores in Centurion, we will expand to other areas of the country and you’ll be sure to know about it. As for now, these are our incredible store partners that you can order from.

Who are we?

Oh yes of course… This is the part of the website where we should say something about how trustworthy and amazing our brand is, giving you that great sense of “Alright, it’s okay to use this app”, right? Well of course we’re all those things, however, we do things a little differently;

Cost.

We’ll never be dishonest or charge you inflated prices on products that you order. With our app, you will always pay in-store prices, along with a small service fee, and your delivery fee of course. We’ve done things this way as everybody benefits.

Choice.

Our team is working super duper hard to provide an app that not only gives you choice in food, but a range of different thingamajigs from a range of different stores. Who knows, maybe you could even buy a boat using our app one day.

Culture.

Now this is an important aspect of our brand, not just internally for our staff, but externally as well. Our brand culture will focus on creating a fun and memorable customer experience, and we take customer support and experience very, very seriously.

Answers to some frequently asked questions.

eDeliver is a new & exciting online delivery company that has currently launched in Centurion, Gauteng, and will be expanding to other areas of the country soon. With the eDeliver app, you will no longer pay inflated prices on products or items like you do through other delivery apps. You will now pay in-store prices and we only charge a small service fee for convenience.

Well of course we do. Simply download the eDeliver app from either the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store, select your location and see which stores are available for delivery near you. 

Using our secure payment systems, you can use your Visa or Mastercard bank card and in some instances, cash on delivery.

As a starting point, we have currently launched in Centurion, Gauteng, and will be expanding to other areas of the country as soon as we are ready. Connect with us on Social Media to stay up to date for more eDeliver news. 

Well, in most cases, you can expect to hear a ding dong… between 30 – 45 min. Remember that the store has to prepare your order and the driver needs to deliver it. It’s a convenience thing you know. 

Look, these things can happen sometimes, however, the good news is that you can simply log a ticket by going to your order history and tap on the “Report an Issue” button. Let us know what went wrong and our team, together with the store, will resolve the problem.
